Clear Youtube DL Cache to fix 403 Forbidden error, youtube-dl 403 forbidden
<p>If you are getting the error:</p>
<p><code>File "C:\Python\Python34\lib\urllib\request.py", line 588, in httperrordefault</code><br /><code>urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden</code></p>
<p>It could be cache that is causing this issue. </p>
<p>To clear the cache on windows you need to run:</p>
<p><code>./youtube-dl --rm-cache-dir</code></p>
<p>Then try running the download again, it should work now. </p>
